What does it mean?
The "Paleolithic
Diet" (also referred to as the Paleo, Stone-age, Primal or Caveman Diet)
has emerged from the idea that human bodies are better adapted to what our
ancestors ate during the Paleolithic era.
The logic behind this diet
is the belief that diseases such as diabetes and obesity, all started when ancient man embraced
farming practices and cultivated food which is not very healthy for us.
"Normalizing" your system is the true strength of the caveman diet.
By eating foods that are concordant with your genetic ancestry, you can avoid
many of the diseases associated with our modern diet.
In a layman’s language, its
basically a high-fibre and high-protein eating plan that promises you can lose weight without cutting calories, Plexus Point is an awesome way of making healthy skin.
So what is the diet comprised of?
This diet focuses on the
problem that we humans haven’t been able to completely adapt the grains we are
farming now. As you can clearly see the difference, how our ancestors were
tall, muscular, athletic and agile, whereas now we are overweight, stressed
out, unhappy and sleep deprived.

So then, we have to start

What are the benefits of Paleo diet?
The Caveman Diet is a very
natural state for your body to be in. It increases your energy and gets you in
touch with your natural instincts. The diet can make you lose weight easily,
detox your system, sharpen your mind and your senses and makes you
indestructible. There is no doubt about the fact that it will require an
immense will power and dedication to follow this diet. It’s a complete
lifestyle change and it involves both physical as well as a mental shift.
Any risks?
There has been a lot of
debate around the same, as it is a very rigorous form of diet. Some follow it
to attain a life balance. There have been negatives like it excludes some of
the nutritions’ like calcium and vitamins which come from dairy. No diet is
100% perfect, but by far as much as I’ve heard from people who have been
following have had a good experience following the diet and haven’t faced any
problems.
