Now when I say watch what you eat and maintain a diet I don’t mean that you starve yourself, I mean pay attention of what goes in your body.

Every one of us is aware of those obvious types of foods that make you fat; those burgers, chips, etc. just watch how your body reacts to those things. Paying attention to how your body reacts to food is very vital.

Below are few of the herbs that help you:

They help decreasing your carvings and feed your body. Not all of the herbs will work for everyone. Try different herbs and combinations of herbs that will work for your body. These combinations of herbs will assist you, so you can achieve your weight loss goals.

Water, plays a very important part of your weight loss. Now matter if the water is flavored, decaffeinated tea or coffee, fizzy, but remember that is should be caffeine free. It is recommended to drink 10-12 glasses at least per day (so drink up!).

Herbs can be used to assist in the weight loss process, but they might not be enough on their own. When used in different combinations with dietary changes and some mild exercise can make most weight loss attempts very successful.

THE PALEOLITHIC DIET - Why Does It Work?

What does it mean?
The "Paleolithic Diet" (also referred to as the Paleo, Stone-age, Primal or Caveman Diet) has emerged from the idea that human bodies are better adapted to what our ancestors ate during the Paleolithic era.

The logic behind this diet is the belief that diseases such as diabetes and obesity, all started when ancient man embraced farming practices and cultivated food which is not very healthy for us. "Normalizing" your system is the true strength of the caveman diet. By eating foods that are concordant with your genetic ancestry, you can avoid many of the diseases associated with our modern diet.

In a layman’s language, its basically a high-fibre and high-protein eating plan that promises you can lose weight without cutting calories, Plexus Point is an awesome way of making healthy skin.

So what is the diet comprised of?
This diet focuses on the problem that we humans haven’t been able to completely adapt the grains we are farming now. As you can clearly see the difference, how our ancestors were tall, muscular, athletic and agile, whereas now we are overweight, stressed out, unhappy and sleep deprived.
You clearly want to be the former right??

So then, we have to start eating exactly what they ate, which means say goodbye to that amazing mouth-watering pizza forever!! Oh, trust me it will be worth it!
So what can you not have? Well to list a few basics like,
·         Processed Foods like chips, chocolates.

·         Dairy
·         Sugar and Salt
·         Potatoes and corn (starchy vegetables)
·         Refined Vegetable oils.
·         Food grains like wheat.
·         Rice
·         Beans and legumes

What are the benefits of Paleo diet?
The Caveman Diet is a very natural state for your body to be in. It increases your energy and gets you in touch with your natural instincts. The diet can make you lose weight easily, detox your system, sharpen your mind and your senses and makes you indestructible. There is no doubt about the fact that it will require an immense will power and dedication to follow this diet. It’s a complete lifestyle change and it involves both physical as well as a mental shift.

Any risks?
There has been a lot of debate around the same, as it is a very rigorous form of diet. Some follow it to attain a life balance. There have been negatives like it excludes some of the nutritions’ like calcium and vitamins which come from dairy. No diet is 100% perfect, but by far as much as I’ve heard from people who have been following have had a good experience following the diet and haven’t faced any problems.
So, I will leave it to you now, you know what you want and you know what you have to do to achieve it. Don’t let the struggle make you weak.
